1. The biggest difference I've seen between the HD200 and the HD250 is the ability to to HD-SDI out. The 250 has a lot of production features geared to the "studios" as they say. Bu the HD-SDI out is good for circumventing the tape's compression, and you get a full HD video. At least that's what I've seen.
